Infant Monoclonal Antibody (Beyfortus): At the time of updating this site (December 2025), according to the media and a Sanofi press release, Beyfortus is expected to be offered free of charge to eligible high-risk infants only through the Alberta Paediatric RSV Prevention Program. Publicly available information from the province at this time still references the older monoclonal antibody, Palivizumab, for high-risk infants only. 2025 / 2026 resources for health professionals are being reviewed and updated and expected to be available soon.
